- Acceptable use
By using this web site, you agree to follow these guidelines for acceptable use of the software:
- Do maintain a strong password (including numbers, characters, special symbols, and/or phrases). You are responsible for the security of your data, and cracking someone’s password is the easiest way to get into a system.
- Do use the service as much as you can so that you can get the most out of it.
- Do let us know if there’s any thing we are missing or where we could do better. We want to provide you with an excellent service that helps you with your business.
- Don’t spam the system or attempt to attack the service in any kind of denial of service attack, phishing scheme, or other kind of attack. Many people use the service, and this kind of an attack needlessly uses our resources to handle it instead of building a better product.
- Don’t violate intellectual property law, i.e. everything on this site is owned by someone. If it’s not owned by you, then don’t take it.
- Don’t use the software for an illegal purposes.
- Don’t use the software for any obscene or pornographic purposes (though we don’t really see how you could)
- Security of Information
We do our best to keep your information secure. All access to the service is encrypted (by https). Back ups are regularly done. Passwords are “salted” and then encrypted for increased security. And we are continuing to look for ways to improve that security. But this is the internet. There’s no guarantee 100% up time and/or security, but just know that if there’s a problem, we will be working to get it fixed immediately.
Expansion Computers, Inc. (herein referred to as “ECI” and “we”) reserves the right to change these terms and conditions at any time. These changes will become effective once posted. You must keep yourself apprised of changes to this agreement, but we’ll probably post notice of the changes on our blog at http://usemystats.com/category/news/.

- Selling Information
ECI does not sell information gathered through the service. We will only use the data for our own uses including, but not limited to, marketing, testing, communication, etc.
- Getting your date back
At any time you are capable of exporting your statistical data, and if desired, terminating your account.
This system does make use of some “cookies” as this allows us to track who you are when you log in and which company you are a part of. The only personally identifying information included is an ID that we use to track you.
If you’re not happy with your service for any reason, just send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org and let us know why. We’d be happy to refund all unused money. Then if we handle your concern later, you’re welcome to come back and re-activate your account.
