How UseMyStats is different from the other guys?

How easy is it to use this system?

Very. This system was built to be a simple way of storing and graphing statistics. However, it’s also quite comprehensive, and can handle the needs of users requiring more complex and advanced needs as well. Simply put, it’s as easy as you want it to be.

Do you provide training and support?

We do provide online support between the hours of 9am and 5pm PST, Monday through Friday. You can submit a support ticket from your dashboard once you’ve logged in, or just send an email to support@usemystats.com.

We also provide training in several forms. There are video tutorials and FAQs available to customers once you’ve logged in. You can also request a live training session by logging into your account and submitting a training request. We’ll setup a time that works and provide you with some online 1-on-1 training on whatever you need help with.

Can I import statistics from another system?

You sure can. We have an upload screen where you can upload files of the following formats on your own:

  • .xls (Excel ’97-’03)
  • .xlsx (Excel 2007 & 2010)
  • .txt (tab-delimited)
  • .csv (comma-delimited)

Of course that means you would have to be able to export your statistics from the other system in one of those formats. For most, that shouldn’t be a problem. The optional data conversion fee will cover assistance with any of the above approved formats. But don’t worry! If your data is in a different format, just let us know and we can figure out a custom quote to handle your conversion. We’ve yet to find a system that we weren’t able to import from, and we sure do like a challenge.

Do you have bulk pricing?

We absolutely do. In fact, it’s one of our packages you’ll find on our Pricing page called Custom. If you are interested in bulk pricing for your company, simply click the “Get It” button next to that package and follow the steps. All our Custom packages are for bulk users and are priced on a company-by-company basis depending on what you need.

What if I need help?

We’re currently putting together a help forum with more technical frequently asked questions, user submissions, tutorial videos, etc. This is a fully searchable database. This forum can be accessed here. If there’s something you have a question about, or need help with, you can send us a message.

Also, users can use the feedback link in the top right of the screen when logged in to ask questions, make suggestions and submit bugs.

Why keep stats?
